We were joined in the studio by Scoot from Haugelands Farm! along with our guest Neil D’Silva of Ultim8 Wellness talking about nutrition and weight management and how to still enjoy Christmas without overdoing it. We were joined in the studio by Jane Keet, an independent Arbonne Consultant who shared her story as to why she became involved with Arbonne and why she is passionate about their products. We also aired another interview from the recent Wellbeing Symposium, Matt Ireland of Absolute Health and Vitality.
